Sales Policy

All sales are final. Includes specials and Constant Contact promotions. All products must be returned within 5 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned products. No refunds on used or opened product.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least a 24-hour notice. This courtesy will make it possible for us to give your appointment to another client. Cancellations without 24-hour notice and no show appointments are charged a $35 fee or forfeiture of service.

Child Safety Policy

For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment rooms. All children must be accompanied by adult in the reception area.

Treatment Preparation

For laser hair removal clients, please shave the treatment area(s) the morning of your appointment. Those needing to be shaved in-house, additional time will be added and a fee of up to $25 will be included.

Cosmetic Filler Deposit

We require a $200 non-refundable deposit for all Juvederm, Radiesse and Voluma appointments. Specialty products like Juvederm are ordered once your appointment is scheduled and are reserved for you.
